DELIVERY

The delivery time is estimated at 2-3 working days via Bpost * after receipt of payment.

The delivery cost varies depending on the country of receipt and the delivery method chosen:

• Belgium : € 6.5 at home / € 5.5 at a relay point or package distributor
• France : € 10 at home / € 8 at a relay point
• Netherlands : € 7.50 at home / € 7 at relay points
• Germany : € 8.5 at home
• Luxembourg : € 8 at home
• Spain : € 19 at home
• Italy : € 17.5 at home
• Portugal : € 19.5 at home
• Austria : 20 € at home

When choosing the delivery method, the customer must ensure that all his information is correct and complete (email address, address, door number, etc.), the accessibility of his home and his own availability during of delivery. If a package cannot be delivered because one of this information is missing or the package cannot be received, the responsibility then falls to the customer who will have to bear the costs of a new delivery.

IN-STORE WITHDRAWALS

Cadeaux de Rêve has the advantage of being an online site with two physical depots, in Herve and Ans in Belgium, in the province of Liège. This allows people who do not want delivery to pick up their order but also to manage returns and exchanges without the slightest cost and to discover our products at the same time.

PAYMENT

The accepted payment methods are Bancontact, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and Paypal. Payment is secure and your bank details are not stored on our website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you want to return an item? No problem ! You have the option of replacing or returning the items if they do not match.

However, there are certain conditions:

• Notify the exchange request by generating a return from the details of your order in your customer area within 14 days of delivery to your home or to your relay point.
• Products must be returned with their original labels, without defects or damage.
• Promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The items will be returned at the customer's expense.

If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in the returned product being considered non-compliant with our return policy and will not be refunded.
